On June 30th, I retire from P&G, a company where I have worked for the past 28 years. Seems like it has been a lifetime and I do leave with so many wonderful memories.
And now I face life as Eileen, not life as Eileen who works at P&G. I wonder why some of us, most of us, refer to ourselves as what we do more so than who we are.
Perhaps because it is easier to define. What is your view?
Stay with me over the next year as I determine how to be the very best version of myself, without the great company and colleagues who have accompanied me all these years.
