Motivation from a sexy actor (his version of himself, though I can’t disagree) is a good thing. I think Ashton may have been reflecting on something Thomas Edison said, “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.”

Either way, it is sage advice.

Ashton’s advice was spoken to some teenagers when he won the Teen Choice Award in 2013. His closing words: “So build a life. Don’t live one, build one. Find your opportunities, and always be sexy. I love you guys.”
